Follow up to my last post-> https:///8ta/complaints-to-compliments/i-am-a-paying-customer-and-i-expect-some-action-1214432. Maybe I will get a response. After months of hassle, beginning October the Tech came and December 06 and I have not heard a word nor does the stick work, so no readjustments on the masts have been made, yet I pay my monthly fee and numerous contact to support tell me the matter is currently being investigated and feedback will follow. It never does. My 2-year subscription ended end October & is still active-I want to keep the contract as it was a good deal I have paid for 2 years. End November after no feedback I asked my account to be put on hold till you fix this as I will not pay anylonger until it works, if this will not be fixed soon. I asked effective Dec1. Asked 11 days ago with Tebogo Nyeufane (TC) case number 7138621. Daily I wrote to him and never got a response. Today is 06 Dec. When I say in Nov immediate Effect on 1 December I do not expect NO RESPONSE and NO SUPSENDED ACCOUNT. The stick wont work till the towers are adjusted&I still got a sms that my 10Gig for Dec are ready. Please suspend my account and provide feedback asap.
