I took out a 2-year 8ta mobileconnect 10Gig data subscription in Oct2011.I was still living with my mother in Table View (CPT) In Jan this year, I moved into my own house in Sunningdale 9km away. According to your network coverage shown on website, my new address should still be covered but this is not the case at all. It is impossible to connect at all. I visited the 8ta/Telkom shop at the Bayside Centre in Table View to ask for assistance. They told me to do a sim swop but it is not the sim card/modem as both still work perfectly at my mother's house. My 2-year subscription is nearing its end- I would renew it if I could get a connection in my new house. Email correspondence began 03 September 2013 04:46:00 PM to [Email Removed] I got a response for a contact number, provided it.10 days later still no call. I have numerous correspondence, never a reply. Callcenter does not help. Finally start oct a tech came who confirmed the 0signal. Said some readjustments are needed on the tower itself. Been a week no response. Today response: I would advise that you continue using internet to check if there are any changes since we haven't had any feedback.
