Still waitinf for tablet stock!!!

I placed an order for a samsung tab 3 and was informed that i would be receiving it 3 days later. It is now a week later and i have still not received it! Staff at the store keep telling me that they dont know when stock is arriving! When I try calling other branches or the head office noone answers!! Very frustrating!!!
