I thought maybe if I write a report here, I might get a response as Vodacare outlets are a joke.
My BlackBerry 9380 Touch has been giving me endless issues since I obtained it last year April, same as my previous BlackBerry 8520. My partner's BlackBerry Bold 9780 is giving her endless issues. YOU can't deliver a proper customer service and expect me sit without a phone for knows how long while you ATTEMPT to have it repaired but in the meantime want to replace my phone with someone else's 2nd hand repaired phone, claiming it's NEW. You know BlackBerry has issues but you are hellbent on rather annoying your customers than letting them change their contracts. Which is my complaint... My upgrade is only in April 2014, my partner's in January 2014. You don't want to let us upgrade to WORKING phones without paying contract penalty fees. Now we have to sit unhappy with phones that keep rebooting, breaking, freezing and batteries that need to be replaced. In short... My BlackBerry and your poor service is costing me business. I'm not interested in sending my BB in for service again, I want to upgrade and change our phones NOW, at YOUR expense. What are you planning to do about it?
