Two weeks and still no connection

Two weeks ago I logged a call with Telkom to have my home phone fixed, I was told 3 days later that the guys would be here between 8am and 9am on the 28th november, I waited almost an hour and no one had arrived. I then left and that's when they arrived but I was not home, till today I have not received any feedback and I am paying for a phone that don't work, please HELP I am a prepaid Telkom customer and this is un-acceptable.
