Unable to stream DSTV over network

I would like 8Ta/Telkom mobile to explain to me and the rest of their customers why their network is below the required standards to allow DSTV to stream directly over the network, as is currently possible according to DSTV's response t o my quarry, quote "DStv Mobile provides a service and it is up to other service providers to obtain certain standards to be able to carry out our service to the public, currently Vodacom and MTN are the only two service providers which managed to acquire those standards"

For a network so-called voted for as the best data ISP, this is really pathetic!

Why don't you alarm potential clients to the fact that the 8Ta/Telkom Mobile network is sub-standard and cannot meet DSTV minimum requirements and subscribers' expectations regarding direct DSTV streaming, a privilege enjoyed by Vodacom and MTN subscribers.

Being fast and rolling out LTE all-over, means squat if one cannot even achieve the basics that subscribers to other ISPs can do... one just get no-where faster!
