I changed from debit order to eft was told to pay by 15th of each month. On Monday I received SMS of urgent payment due so I called and was told all is ok. This morning my one line was suspended. Immediately despite poor signal whilst traveling I was forced to make a plan to get connected. Sent pop and I'm 5mins I was connected. About hour later I got SMS again of payment due. About 2 hours later both phones suspended can't even make emergency calls. Since 15h30 I had to lend phones and emails to get answers to get connected. What took 5 mins this morning is now taking more than 6hours and counting to get unblocked. Who did not do their work??!! I am fuming!!! No one can reach me not can I make calls and I'm pregnant and now stressed out just to try and make a call. I can't even go read my bible on my phone. I have 2 line with you and been a long standing loyal paying client, is this fair??? You better find someone to connect me and get senior management to call me..off course when my line is open... What a joke!!!
