On Tuesday 3rd December we had a lightening strike in Henley On Klip. It has taken out many phone lines. I run a business from home yet Telkom cannot tell me when I will get my adsl and phone line working. This is our bussiest period and it has taken over 4 hours and many promises of a call back to speak to anyone, even then all they can say is I in the Que. I am unable to pay suppliers or order new stock, let alone the lost calls from customers. Even when the adsl does work, it is slower than a snail, Telkom blames the exchange. I called customer complaints 7 times today and it just cuts of, I give up.
