Iburst keeps billing after contract has ended

Iburst billed me for two (going on three) months after my contract with them ended without notification. According to the accounts department, they typically inform you months ahead of the time that you have to terminate your own contract (which of course they didn't). I find this practice underhanded and misleading. All other contracts stop giving you data once your contract is done. All in the name of making a quick buck!

The call centre guy says he doesn't care if I complain about it, and they don't respond to hellopeter so I'm seeing exactly what kind of company this is.
