Phone in for repairs since 10th of NOV

Phone has been in for repairs and they are still awaiting parts till today. was given a loan phone with limited services. Ive logged a number of different call and I always have to call several times for 1 issue to be resolved.
Feel free to go into my account and appreciate how many times I requested changing of the bank account. Opting for fully unlimited package. All was done incorrectly. service very back. People like Webster try to cover for the company, but they can only do so much since they are very junior in the organisation.
I would like to terminate the contract as soon as possible and not even prepared to pay any penalties since Ive already paid differently.
