Iburst
Useless Iburst!!!

Its a long story, Iburst has shocking service, do not respond to complaints, do not sort out billing complaints. Pass the buck, say they have done things that have not been done? It is endless? I regret the day I ever decided to do business with Iburst? Their waveband is also very slow? I have been battling for nearly two months to sort out being ripped off by them on my account but still pending. They say they have changed my contract from 12 to 24 months hence the rip off costs but my contract is not changed either? People out there, please heed my warning, do not do business with Iburst, you will regret it? Not worth the headaches and problems? I see Iburst does not respond so this is actually a waste of my time. The ombudsman is the next step from my side?
