Cell C
Cell c me and no one wants to help me

I took a 5 gig and 15 gig bundle in the middle of the month and thus was to receive a pro rata portion of this bundle.
the 5 gig was split and i received it correctly but the 15 gig was given to me but i was charged for it from the first meg-i tried to call them but when cut off they did not call back.logged 2 calls on the net but no response.

i am being charged for the bundle that i already paid for--can someone help me as cell C is at it again.
