Charged for something that is not working

I was phoned by one of cell c urgent asking me to take a data bundle sim card.upon arrival of the sim I found out it doesn't fit my tablet. I've sent a email complaining that this sim card doesn' fit.he told me he is a suppervisor, he has listened to our conversation and I agreed to the micro sim card.my problem is that the consultant phoned he acknowledged that I 've got a tablet that I've bought through fnb and has got my info from fnb therefore I took it he knows what type of simcard that might fit in that tablet.my tablet has a feature that is written sim And micro but this sim is bigger for the micro part and is smaller for the sim.
Secondly I have not worked with simcard neither or phones hence I couldn't know what micro sim card is.no 2 my account has been debited with a large amount that is even more than we agreed for the simcard that I did not use.i haven't used that sim card but im being billed.
