Good day

I have 2 accounts 0848914748 and 0848917909 with blackberry serv. Both of them I pay R169 per month. I must get 2gb data on them because Cell C cancelled ther unlimmeted data for blackberry (thay is bad because I signed up for unlimmedted) ona acc 0848914748 they only gave me 1gb not 2 from Sunday I phoned them I have at this stage 4 ref numbers. They said to me they made a mistake (like normal) they will correct it. Today I received a sms telling me the only get 1gb. When I phone today the lady Navulla tells me I must go to my centre in Kollinade they must help me. Please there att and serves so so bad. They made a mistake not me why must I pay for my petrol and time to go to Kollinade and speak to a person there to help me.
