Cell C
Do not swap your number to Cell C - it is painful

I decided to swap my number to cell C
The wrong phone was delivered
The lady did not load my contract correctly
It is a pain to try and find out what is happening because no one follows up on my mail sent to their customer care and as a customer, you suffer from bad call centre attitude and process politics!
I am so sad that I decided to go to Cell C!!!
