Phoned the call centre to ask why the 2GB data bundle on my cellphone account is not activated. 1st customer service rep promised to phone me back. Did not happen after 5 days so I called back. Same long wait on the line then 2nd rep promised to call me back by 2pm on Tuesday, its now Thursday and I haven't heard back. I am now calling them for a 3rd time... I don't understand why we have to repeatedly follow up!!
