Good day.
I recently upgraded and the new upgrade is not even 2 months old and I already experienced a problem.
Firstly my new s 4, has to be charge 3 to 4 times a day, I have to restart the thing 11 times a day, just so that I can get my messages. Then while talking on my phone or checking my emails, my phone just dies. My partner
who uses a phone that doesn't even cost more than R 1000, gets better service than my s4.My phone battery swells up so much, that I cant even close my cover. When contacting Mtn customer care, all they can say eish, sorry. Eventually speak to the supervisor, which informs me, that my battery can explode. I took my phone back to the store and they said that I must drive and fetch my own new battery, which they cant even order or get for me. Then it was back to customer care and this time they had the decency to scream and swear back at me. Eventually I get hold off the regional manager, who promised me that if I take my phone to the store, he will send his driver to pick it up and in 2 days I will get a answer. Well it is now the 5 th day and still no answer. Do you really like it to get screamed and swear at. Yes, you can listen to the recordings and hear my frustration.
