Mtn insurance no answe

Good day. I have have been trying to contact mtn insurance on 1236084 for several days but there is no answer. It goes through the voice prompts to enter your cell number etc but when you fail '0' to speak to a consultant there is never an answer. Is this being done on purpose to avoid claims?
