INCOMPETENT AND DOESNT SORT OUT PROBLEMS

I have tried to sort out a problem with Altech Autopage for i dont know how long. I have wasted a number of 4 hours on the phone trying to get someone to talk to regarding this. I have been sent from one department to the other and no one can sort this out.

funny how now there is stories once you need to upgarde and get a new phone
