So i woke up this morning and noticed that my BIS on my Blackberry phone expired so meaning that I can not receive any mails, BBM's or Whatsupp msg's... I stopped at my local filling station an bought R60's worth of airtime (which consisted of R50 and R10, as the customer service operater really needed to know). My friend who was driving with me recharged my phone as I was driving and while activating BIS he made a mistake and selected BB10 instead of the Once of per month option, so i phoned Cell C customer care to see if they can led me any help, but unfortunately the money will be forfeited as per the operater. Really Cell C, it was a honest mistake, so you took 57 of my rands and said, "sorry for the inconvinience but we will have to take your money"!

Ive never had any problems with the service provider but now i am having second thoughts and maybe changing to MTN or whoever. this really on your side, The power is in your hands, yeah right!!!
