Cell C
No network coverage

I reported to a cell c store that i have continous issues with network coverage however have not received a call from any technician. calls to the 140 customer care centre leaves me back in the same situation. i think the fact that i pay for network coverage and that cell c is unable to provide me with that proves a breach of contract.
