Words cannot actually describe how monumentally Afrihost has me around for the last 3 months, in terms of my Mifi device contract. I have had the deal for about 3 months, have only been able to use it for about 1 full month (in between all that time), and they still have the audacity to bill me for those entire 3 months! I have spent countless hours on the phone (me calling), have dealt with multitudes of people (INCLUDING MANAGERS DOMINIQUE AND MARK) who don't know how to do their jobs. My device was faulty after 3 weeks of use and EVENTUALLY you replaced it after 2 weeks of me being on the phone with 8 different operators. I eventually dealt with a manager called Mark and he PROMISED me it would arrive in a few days, it came 9 days later. Then after 3 weeks it packed up again, I could not connect to internet, after another 2 weeks of me calling you and speaking to countless people and all them telling me different things. I eventually got through to a manager Dominique and he assured me that it was a simcard problem and that they would replace the simcard after disconnecting my current simcard.

I dealt with Dominique on the18/19th Nov 2013 and he ASSURED/PROMISED me tha
