An absolute waste of time and money!!!

I ordered a mobile device and sim card from Afrihost in the beginning from January, by the 11th of January, they had received all relavent payments. The consultant that i spoke to promised me that because i was in the Johannesburg area, it would take no longer that 3 days for the device to be delivered to me.
After week's and absolutely no communication from Afrihost, I gave them a call on the 20th of January to follow up. I eventually spoke to Petloane Mogajane, whom I told to cancel the order and that I would go to their offices on the 22nd of January to collect it. I eventually got to their offices on the 22nd, and sat there for at least 15 minutes before they told me that the delivery guy is off at my place delivering the device. "What a waste of time and petrol? " Eventually a plan is made that they will give me the device there and then, 45 minutes later, being late for my appointment i am eventually given the device and promised that an e-mail would be sent to me immediately with the manager's details and I am yet to receive anything. I am extremely appalled by their and disappointed that i ever referred anybody to them.
