Afrihost- theives!!! I pay for NOTHING

I joined afrihost in november 2012, i was very happy with the service and speed. in december the wheels just fell off! shaping to another level! my blackberry became the stand in internet provider in my household! line speed barely exceeding 5kb/s?? on a 1024line??

jan-feb has just been a joke! with 2 weeks of no connection whatsoever!!?!?!? i spent more hours than i care to remember calling and emailing, ( 15ish emails??) they had me dealing with telkom, eventually telkom were out at my place to check everything.. after some time i had semi decent internet for all of 5 days. today is the 18th of feb, i have had no connection in 2 weeks! NOTHING WHATSOEVER!!! but yet my monthly debit continues.

AFRIHOST- i want a months refund! and i WANT-nay-DEMAND better service!! 24/7proper connection!!!

irony of all of this is that i post this comment using internet provided by my BLACKERRY!!!
