Poor service again!!!

I paid my account on 25/4/2013. I sent the Proof of payment to Customer service as well as escalations at Cell C. I received a sms after 3 days, stating that if I do not pay my account, both the contracts will be blocked. There are NO control at customer service or even Cell C accounts on payments received and what not. This is the third time this happens in the past 4 months. Every time I complain at Hello Peter, I do get response, so in future, I will complain every month after I made my payment until somebody at Cell C realize who is to blame??? or maybe fix the problem???
