It has been close to a month since we decided to take up an offer with Nxatel for VOIP services which, we were told would do away with Telkom completely. In addition to a VOIP switchboard system they promised us a 4Mbps ADSL line with uncapped internet. Well, two weeks ago the technician finally pitched to set us up, the problem is, he had no idea about the ADSL line.
So the new router was installed this morning but on our old 1 Mbps line which is already slow. The new router caused everything to slow down so much that we are not able to connect remotely to the office. This has caused the office to lose a whole day's worth of business and possibly a few more days if this continues.
The service was pathetic from the start yet we were promised that the equipment runs super quick and stable, it turns out that that was just more. What do we do now?
