I reciently wrote a compaint about 8ta,

In miutes they responded to my post. I got a email from 8ta social, expalining to me whta i should do about my EXTREMELY SLOW INTERNET. Everything that i was told to do, i done. Only to find out that i had the wrong sim card. The mail i got from 8ta social was " The one that is PSB which is only limited to 8ta network which means when your go to areas where there is no 8ta coverage it won't work & 8ta more which is not in use at the moment is not limited to 8ta network but it can also roam. PSB in meant to be use in already where the is Telkom mobile/8ta coverage. You can switch psb service next month.
I then phoned 8ta to confirm if this could be done and i was told that it couldnt be done. I was told that once you switch to PSB you cannot switch back. i never knew about this when i got the sim, i never requested for this sim to be converted in the first place. I have emailed 8ta social back on numerous occasions, but have not recieved any response as of yet.
When i got the sim rica'd they first checked if their was "8ta coverage' where i stayed, according to the lady who had helped me their was coverage.

Now what?
