I cancelled my contract about a month and half ago. All i want to do is pay the cancellation fee of R 924.85. I want to know when it will be debited or i want to pay it manually. I called MTN (Nazeema Soeker | Corporate Sales, Support, Business Operations, Phone: 27 21 401 7302) and the lady advised i simply go into any MTN store, give me cell number and then i can settle the account. I spend more than 30 minutes in a line, where people work as slow as snails. When i eventually get to the front of the line, they ask me for a reference number. Why would the lady not tell me i would need a reference number?
I am trying to pay a bill and i do not appreciate been given the run around. The shops is full and the lines are long. Please can somebody with adequate knowledge phone me to inform me how i go about settling this account.
