Cell C is the worst on customer service

I had a contract with 2 lines. I cancelled the one I didnt use and sent through all documentation. i was told it was cancelled. I have been requesting my account from the customer care line to pay the 1 line open accurately. when i tried to upgrade i was told i owed money on the line I had cancelled. I was NEVER informed of this at any point by Cell C in the process of cancellation even after. On top of that the line as rightly, was converted to a prepaid line and now its under someone else's name and also under my name. which is IMPOSSIBLE!! so now I owe on a number I cancelled. I have called CellC 3 times already since I logged the Query, I keep being told, its with legal and is being investigated. I eventually get transferred to legal today and legal knows nothing about this and cannot pick up my reference number, yet EVERYTIME I have called I was told legal is investigating. Now Im told long stories of outstanding amounts from previous times and improper allocation of funds. NOTHING MAKES SENSE and I have received no assistance which makes sense. today the agent gave me attitude after I said I would like to take it up further and she told me to go ahead. again no resolution.
