3months ago i upgraded on home service. On the upgrade i specifically asked to cancel the existing system when the new one becomes active. Instead i was billed for both systems over2moths. And now when finally the invoice was under R1000, the mistakenly bill an additional R700.40 from my account. A neotel error which they acknowledge2weeks ago, but never resolved on their side. Instead the accounts people i spoke to insist my invoice is R800.Which i agreed to and informed them yet they still deducted R1500. Can someone from Neotel please get my accounts correct and reimburse me the credit/ funds due to me. I even went as far as to mail neotel dated proof of the wrongfully deducted amount. I have been a loyal neotel subscriber since the launch years ago and have never had this continual bad experience with the company. I am very frustrated at the way one of your most loyal customers have been treated. Surely this is not how Neotel wants its reputation to be. As it stands i will have to look elsewhere for the additonal required services for our small business to grow. How can i trust a supplier who can't handle my personal account with my expanding small business' account. please resolve
