Cell C
Cell C is my money!

I signed a contract for two cellphones for my children 4 months ago with Cell C. When I signed the contract I put a limit of R50 on both cellphones - however, every single month Cell C allows them to go over the limit of R50 and I simply have to pay the bill. On average I pay R1000 per month more than I bargained for. I have repeatedly requested this to be rectified and every time somebody solemnly confirmed that a lock was placed on the phones. They are, however, never able to give me a reference number since there is "no case for the call". When I again requested a lock on both lines on Sunday (I HAD to go to the store to arrange this) I was told by the person that assisted me that she cannot give me a reference number or her telephone number of her manager's contact details in case I have the same problem again in future!!! What bullsh|t is this! I feel like I am doing business with the Mafia and I am being robbed in broad daylight!!!
