Cell C (Tumelo - Team leader at Jozi CC) promised feedback by 12pm 1 July 2013, to date none received.

Their Call Centre turnaround time is 3 seconds, yet I wait EIGHT MINUTES to be serviced.

Just logged another call moments ago and Tumelo is currently not available. Apparently to cancel a contract I must pay all remaining subscriptions upfront...?

This is effectively a breach of our contract in which Cell C has FAILED to provide the service I have and am still paying for. I have given them MORE THAN SUFFICIENT time to rectify the matter... AND THEY CONTINUE TO FAIL!!!

I have now seriously had it up to here with Cell C!!!

I would NEVER RECOMMEND this excuse for a mobile telecommunications company!!!

What pathetic service!!!

No issue TAKING MY MONEY ON TIME but cannot resolve my issues for nearly 6 weeks now!!!

What an utter disgrace!!!
