Today I've been holding on for Telkom for the duration of 28 min.
I have been transferred between 6 people, no one who can assist me to cancel my Supreme call 500.
I eventual reached someone just to be informed that I have to send n email!!!
This is unsatisfying and very bad Customer relations to say the least.
