I've been with Telkom for some months, during this time I have had a number of overbilling issues and inconsistent communications. The customer service has been totally unprofessional, rude, uncooperative and ignorant at every level. The holding time and turnaround times are shocking. The employees don't know the meaning of customer service at all. I am currently trying to cancel my account and that too is a nightmare. I will never use Telkom again!

I have tried so many times to get hold a senior management in the call centre/ accounts department; but the agents don't even know who I should speak to. I have logged case after case only to be called incapable lower level client services agents who don't understand anything. What should I do as client if "you the people I pay" don't give a flying fly about retaining my business?

I have been holding for 22min to cancel my account. I spoke to an agent who clearly had an attitude for 2min and suddenly she cut the phone. I am currently holding for an additional 16min and counting.
