New contract

Today I upgraded my contract at MTN in Canal Walk shopping centre. I showed the salesman in the yello deals booklet the upgrade I want of the Blackberry 9720 for R189 / month and returning home I went through all the documents given to me and found that my monthly subscription were to be R219/month and this were never mentioned to me. I should have picked this up in the shop. I would have liked to know that the promotions in the booklet and online to be the correct information and not get these surprizes afterwards. Do not try to phone MTN you will be on hold forever with no-one answering.
