OUTDATED MTN WEBSITE - PATHETIC

I am due for an upgrade on a new phone. On 31 July 2013 MTN had all sorts of promotions and upgrade specials. Since my upgrade was only valid from 1 August 2013 I could only upgrade online the following day. On 1 August 2013 there were no specials, no promotions, no upgrades available. I thought, ok, their IT department must be loading the new deals but how long must that take? I checked intermittently during the course of yesterday and still no promotional deals were loaded. It is now the 2nd of August and there is STILL no promotions available for my upgrade. For goodness sake, surely if there are new deals every month the onus is on MTN to ensure that they are available from the 1st of every month?!?! I do not want to go into a branch and would rather do it online. Utterly disgusted with their lack of concern in keeping their products up-to-date. Perhaps I should wait for my contract to expire and then switch to a new service provider...
