Excellent service: upgrades reversed

It's time to give credit where it is due. After my complaint I received prompt and professional service from Vodacom and the matter has been satisfactorily dealt with. My thanks to the professionalism and diligence of Ragmah Stevens, she is an example of what customer service should be about. I would strongly suggest that the clueless and incompetent customer service (082111) staff be regularly sent on the same customer service course she has been through, then there won't be so many complaints about Vodacom on HelloPeter!
