Bill Is Higher Than Usual AGAIN!

This is the second time I am having to complain... My Account 334007182 is over and above the amount that I usually pay, After sorting out the previous issue I received my bill at the end of the month that was R1200 something, when in actual fact my 2 contracts together only can reach R800, so I ignored it to see if it would be fixed the following month, so I only payed R800, now with my new bill I see it's still showing I owe an amount that isn't right.

I'm very upset with this issue as I get good service from the 8ta front (Stores) but when it comes to billing it is extremely bad.

Extremely upset with this continues bad service I am receiving!
