NEARLY 5MONTHS LATER AND STILL NOT SORTED OUT

Thank you for incompetent staffing, us as a customer of over 20years will now be moving to a different and more competent service provider. Our issue has still not been resolved and the excuses and reasons are pathetic (latest reason: "the retariff was done and the credit note was less than the debit note, that is why the credit note was declined, kind regards vodacom customer care Letchie Ajoodha). Whether the credit note was less or more, a credit should be passed! To top it all off, your staff can't even give proper numbers to contact a different department. in stead of getting the number for an accounts department (because we have to do your job), I was given the number for CANCELLATIONS. So thank you for that number and thank you for the hint that we should cancel with VODACOM.
