On October 2012 I signed a 24 months contract with MTN Queenstown. not so long I experienced problems with the handset which led me to take it back to Mtn and I had to leave it with them for repairs.
after some two to three weeks they called me to fetch my phone which came back with different serial number. not so long again I experienced the same problem which is power failure resulting to a handset not to switch on, I took back again and they booked it for repairs again after a number of weeks I was called to go and fetch it again and for the second time they provided me with another different serial number. I 6 November 2013 I have taken my phone to MTN for the third time complaining about the same problem I am experiencing and have brought the previous papers as proof. the papers were torn without my concern and I was requested to write a letter of complaint to repair centre. I wrote the letter but it was ignored as I did not get the feedback. they asked me to go and fetch my phone again and when I ask them to change my phone they refused and told me to call the repair centre, which I did and repair centre told is not their responsibility to do that.
