After struggling with poor 3G reception at my residential address for approx. 7 months I cancelled my Wifi Data Contract with Vodacom. It was arranged that the WIFI Router and Sim Card will be collected at my workplace. Up to today, nobody has collected the Router and Sim. I've sent numerous complaints, and every time they 'escalate' the matter. I'm afraid it has been escalated to such an extent that the matter is 'out of reach'. Even when I'm contemplating and voicing the cancelling my cellphone contract, after being a customer for over 10 years, no-one seems to care. Does loyalty count for nothing? I've been sent from pillar to post and is disgusted by this service that Vodacom takes pride in. If I could cancel my cellphone contract right now without penalties I would do that immediately. Being in sales myself, I would NEVER treat any customer in this way.
