Errors and Issues on all levels

I am so tired of fighting with MTN regarding ongoing and appalling customer service, account information errors, billing/ credits problems and unfixed technical issues. I am utterly utterly despondent after more than 10 years of cellular contracts. Shocked and shattered, a very very unhappy customer.
