Online Banking Is Damaged

The Online Banking system is becoming very tedious and extremely annoying.

Whatever time of the day, weekday, weekend, many a time the system seems overloaded.

I get technical errors just trying to view my statement,

I get technical errors trying to go 6 months backs into my records.

Most times I don't even get the technical error, the page just constantly loads.

I get excellent service from my Middelburg branch, Faizal and Anel are quick to sort out whatever issues it is I have.

But the online system is a terrible joke - your website looks ugly, your website performs ugly - I feel like I'm in 1997 when I first met the internet and looked at the website of a friend who was an amateur 16 year old webdesigner at the time, and even that looked better.

But that's not a problem, leave your website ugly, leave it looking like a joke, but at least fix the performance and overload issues.

It's scary to wonder what would happen should the website completely break one day due to overload or whatever it is causing the problem. Fire your webdesigners, they are useless, introduce them to JQuery and jаvascript extensions, this would help, seriously.
