Herewith very brief summary of appalling service we have experienced with OKI -Linbro Park. Printer purchased in May 2011. Problems started Jun 2011-jamming, poor printing quality, etc etc. Constant call out and repairs. Oct 2011- further adjustments made to machine to fix numerous faults. Requested meeting with Andre Emile. Promises made. End Oct 2011 more technical problems-technicians not available for a couple of days- then new fuser unit installed. End Nov 2011 more errors and technical problems continue. Aug 2012 machine taken in for repair, loan unit given. Oct 2012 machine returned. Mar 2013 new drums installed causes toners to go to 0%. Machine serviced again. Apr 2013 strange noises coming from printer. Aug 2013 fuser unit replaced.
Billing issues-too many to mention eg Jan Feb 2012 8 emails sent with billing queries - no credits passed for free clicks as per contract etc. Account then frozen by OKI and no consumables delivered. Credits then passed, account reopened but only half of consumables requested delivered. May 2013 new billing query in regards meter readings-still not resolved. Current URGENT consumable delivery problems-unable to print as OKI has no stock
