2 months plus - phone still not repaired

I took my phone in to MTN Maveric in Hemmingways mall (East London) on the 28th November 2012 for a software issue. my issue was that the phone was not showing the caller ID. The Phone was sent for "repairs" as they could not fix it in store. I was informed that they did not have a loan phone and left with out one. when i got a loan phone i noticed that the same problem persisted. I went back to MTN Maveric where Matthew (sales assistant) sorted the issue out with one phone call!! its now over 2 months later, i have been there 5 times, the phone has been sent back and forth 3 times with the speaker missing and side control buttons missing. This has happened 3 times now, i get a call every few weeks saying i must pay R1300 for it to be fixed, then its R1100 for the same issue etc. I have been dealing with Carmen at the store, who has now moved to another branch / store. I am very irritated, this is against the consumer act! i would request someone to get hold of me but my calls have NEVER been returned!!! today i was told that the phone is still in the same situation as 3 weeks ago. Pathetic, i want my contract cancelled, and the last 2 months of my handset fees re-funded!!
