1) I had issues with upgrading my contract in October and had to resort to Hello Peter, anyway I received feedback and Lerato Modiakgotla from the Consumer Post Paid Call Centre contacted me and was very efficient. Lerato said that when I do upgrade my contract, as a service courtesy from MTN I do not have to pay the 1st three months of the 24 month contract - Your calls are recorded-refer to interactions 10-14 October 2013. The contracts amount to R308.00.
2) In October R308 was deducted from my account.
3) In November R611 was deducted from my account.
Please adress all my conerns above and respond to me urgently.
