I have been fighting this ever since i went to buy stuff from this shop, not even a single month goes by without them harassing me for what i have been telling them from the beginning of the contract. JDG is definately not adhering to [Treating customers fairly ] if this can drag for so long with no solution. You call the call centre they tell you everything is fine, an overwrite was done, i must ignore the unpayment letter sent to me 08/10/2013. To my surprise i get another dated 07/11/2013 i query this on the 10/12/2013 until today no feedback. i really want to know if there is a month between October and November that i skipped for payment cause as far as i remember i paid, but there is a 3rd payment lying there with errors.

now if an overwrite was done with my contract starting in October first payment due month end, or 1st of November, then what is the 3rd arrear payment for, instead they are busy harassing me with calls with incompetent stuff who can't answer my this question, they just hang up, and the next one calls asking the same thing Really JD really???

i want feedback in writing that has a solution to my problem, tired of your calls that has no solution
