Had a line fault on Thursday 28th Nov. Phoned Telkom and I was told it is a fault on the DSL line and that their service level was 24 hours. Four days later there is still no action from Telkom. Tried phoning the call centre and it took 30 mins for someone to answer. I quoted the ref number and was told that they are STILL INVESTIGATING! Apart from atrocious service they can't even think up a decent excuse. Just like the Telkom of old!
