Activated&charged without consent, &being ignored!

Hi, cell delivered so late that I have changed jobs. I was never informed that I would not be able to use my prepaid # so it took weeks for this to be resolved, I was told to purchase a sim? I was suppose to get 4 Free but wanted to keep my # instead. Eventually the cell was cancelled & 24 hours later activated on my un-archived sim? I just wanted it all over the stress & misery so I accepted under "free installment condition", this was not met & my account is in arrears & I am still waiting on management PAUL to contact me so that I may cancel the cell in its time frame which has now expired, I once again tried calling after him & insisted in speaking to higher management but they not available to low income earners! I have been a Vodacom client 4 years & have no faith left that it will ever be the best provider! I hereby cancel all my contracts as soon as they expire & await a call only from higher management with real power as I need immediate answers not referrals or call me backs, which just does not happen! I am furious I have never had such pathetic service until now. Nobody even knew the procedures, given different statements none true. I want out of Vodacom! Train Staff...
