Cell C
Constant Drops in Calls and Internet

I have never in my life come accross a network that is so bad such as Cell C. I renewed my contract with these guys as they are supposedly the cheapest. But i suppose that is what we get for wanting to pay less! The network is absolutly shocking - there isn't a single phone call that i make that does not drop and that i have to recall the person 2 to 3 times. Somedays i have to redial the same number upto 6 to 7 times. Other instances it shows that hte call is connected and the timer is running but not a single noise is coming from the handset. AND NO its not the handset, as my husband has exactly the same problem with Cell C. Now lately the same problem is there with internet connectivity during the evening - there is ABSOLUTELY NO connection between 6am and 10pm in Kempton Park.

All i know is that i have had enough of this as i pay anything from R1200 to R1600 per month for this contract and has now had enough. So either Cell C does something about it or i will seek legal advise to get rid of this contract. Either way i will not renew my contract wih these guys - as cheap is ending up costing me 4 times the amount of what my contract is suppose to cost me mnthly.
